How To Refill Ink Tank Printers

1. Check the Ink Tank Level Remember to refill the tank before it is empty. Check the ink tank level regularly and if the ink tank level is at a minimum then refill the ink tank before starting printing.

Air Trapped In Ink Supply Line
Ink Is Not Settled In Print Head

Why this happen?

Air trapping in the ink supply line is very common and occurs only when the user might have used the printer on low ink levels before refilling. Ink settling issue generally happens when someone is using a brand-new printer or has performed an ink-changeover process.

How To Overcome?

A. Perform Pre and Post Nozzle Pattern Check

Power-On the printer
Check the printer drivers are installed properly
Go to Control Panel >> Devices & Printers >> Select Printer
Go to Printing Preferences >> Maintenance Tab
Select Nozzle Check >> (Click on) Print
Compare printed pattern with sample
If the printed pattern is not proper, click on Clean
Else click on Finish to complete the process

B. Perform Head Cleaning

Follow steps 3 and 4 as above.
Go to Printing Preferences >> Maintenance Tab
Select Head Cleaning.
