Returns

Important: You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including:

  • Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours)
  • Non-defective items (unused in original packaging)

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received:

  • A damaged/defective product
  • An incorrect item

For these cases only: Notify us within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • Your order number

2. Return Process

  1. Email us for return authorization
  2. Pack item securely with all accessories
  3. Ship to our return address (provided via email)

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless error is on our part
  • Use trackable shipping method

3. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds

  • Processed in 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Issued to original payment method

  • Subject to availability
  • We cover replacement shipping costs
