HIGH QUALITY OPC DRUM

OPC Drum offer's support demands of electrical conduction and serve as receiver of negative charge required for transferring toner to the paper. Further, the OPC DRUM comes with higher service life and provide for perfect support when exposed to the elements like paper, rollers and toner. An OPC Drum has many layers to help it interact with the other components in a cartridge.

HARD PCR ROLLER

Pcr roller has several layers and surface treatments to ensure it works properly within the printer in coordination with the OPC DRUM. These layers help prevent any lost electrical charges from occurring if there is an issue with the OPC DRUM. Assuretech surface treatment prevents chemical damage to the resistive materials the PCR encounters. Quality PCRs must also use a steel shaft to help with the electrical voltage within the cartridge. The MAGNETIC ROLLER is a critical component in magnetic development systems in electro photography. It serves to meter and deliver a uniform layer of Toner to the development zone and to control the amount of toner delivered onto the photoreceptor.

CHEMICAL TONER POWDER

Toner Powder is a powder mixture used in laser printers and photocopiers to form the printed text and images on the paper, in general through a toner cartridge. Toner Powder basically must develop an electrostatic charge through friction with itself and a developer roller, then have the correct level and polarity of charge to be attracted to the image area on the photo-conductor drum, and later transfer from the drum to the paper. One of the major ingredients in modern printer consist of laser toner cartridges for laser printers is filled with magnetite. Assuretech toners contain iron oxide, others do not. Additives are added to toners so they will perform acceptably over a wide range of temperature and humidity in the printer environment.
