How long does a JUUL pod last?

JUUL2 pods have a 1.2ml capacity and come in an 18mg nicotine salt strength. With a relatively tight draw, the use of nicotine salts, and a lower powered device, each pod could last between 5-7 days. How do you refill JUUL pods?
